Sorry, we cannot guarantee holiday deliveries on international shipments.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are shipped via USPS. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders will usually ship the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

All orders are processed and shipped from New York, NY. Standard USPS service to most New York destinations takes about 2 days.

IF I CHOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING, WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

For Express Orders, we do offer USPS Express Mail Domestic and USPS Express Mail International; USPS Express Mail will usually arrive the next business day after the ship date.  USPS Express Mail International will arrive 5 business days after the ship date.

Some processing time may apply.  Express Orders will usually ship the next business day from the date the order was placed.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT. DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO YOU?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please follow our return procedure to receive a free return shipping label. For international orders, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Returns must be sent back Priority Mail (or its international postal equivalent) with delivery confirmation and insurance. Please include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. Please see our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

All duties and taxes are your responsibility. There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

If you deny to pay the customs fees, the shipment will be returned and you will be refunded. We cannot refund shipping fees, and there will be a 20% restocking fee subtracted from your refund.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

I Dont Like Mondays offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders by USPS. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 to 3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 to 5 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while our Free Standard Shipping is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Express Mail at an additional charge. Please note that all orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

I Dont Like Mondays offers international shipping by USPS. All international orders over $99 receive free standard shipping. Orders $99 or less are charged a flat $10 shipping charge. Typical transit time is between 10 to 30 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of an additional 2 weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

I Dont Like Mondays also offers faster delivery and in-transit tracking with International Priority Mail and International Express Mail. Shipping time is typically 5-10 business days for Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for Express Mail, but as with Standard Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs.

Please note, all footwear is charged an additional, non-refundable fee of $15 per item on all international orders. These costs are included in the shipping drop down menu on the Shipping and Payment Page in checkout.
