Holiday Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please follow the return instructions specified below.
Domestic return requests are accepted within 14 days from the day the order is placed. Return requests received after 14 days, but within 30 days, will qualify for store credit.
International return requests are accepted within 30 days from the day the order is placed. Return requests received after 30 days, but within 45 days, will qualify for store credit.
Clearance Items
All merchandise sold at 30% or greater discount are considered a clearance sale and will be issued store credit only.
Return requests of clearance items are accepted within 3 business days upon receiving your order. Please e-mail your return request to returns@idontlikemondays.us, and include your order number and the item being returned. You will receive a return authorization e-mail with instructions on how to return the item. Items to be returned must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving return authorization. Note that by postmarked we mean that you have sent it within 3 business days, even if we have not yet received it.

HOW TO SEND BACK RETURNS (US ORDERS)
- Send a return request to returns@idontlikemondays.us with your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. In the email describe in detail any problem with the item. You will receive an email providing you with a prepaid mailing label and a merchandise return form for you to print and complete.
- Repackage your return securely in the EXACT ORIGINAL PACKAGING and DELIVERY BOX OR ENVELOPE that you received your order. If this instruction is not followed your return will be refused or there will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please email or call if you have any questions.
- All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed Return Form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
- Please indicate on your Return Form whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
- Affix the prepaid mailing label onto the package. To mail your package, you can drop it in a mail drop box, hand it to your mailman when he/she drops off your mail, or drop it off at the counter at your local post office.
- Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.

HOW TO SEND BACK RETURNS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International returns work in the same way as domestic returns, but do not include prepaid return labels or refund shipping costs.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them.
When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check
your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/15-12/25. All orders placed within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15/10. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and tags. Returns with missing packaging will be refused. Please email returns@idontlikemondays.us for a return authorization.
Please note, our holiday return policy does not apply to clearance sale items. All merchandise sold at 30% or greater discount are considered a clearance sale and are issued store credit only. Return requests of clearance items are accepted within 3 business days upon receiving your order.
