CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ONCE IT IS
SUBMITTED?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your
order. When signed in to your I Dont Like Mondays account, your order
status will be labeled as pending. During this time, we may
be able to add or remove items from your order. Once your order status
has changed to shipped we are no longer able to modify your
order.
Please email us as
soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may
place an additional order at any time using the standard checkout
procedure.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the
pending time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order
has changed to shipped we are no longer able to cancel an
order.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on Order
Status on the top navigation bar. Enter your order number and email
to view your order status, or sign in to your account to view your full order
history. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track
the status of your package.

IVE TRIED CHECKING MY ORDER ON LINE AND IT
DOESNT WORK!
To check your order status, go to https://www.idontlikemondays.us/page/IDLM/ORDERLOGIN.
You will need to enter your order number AND email address used to place the
order. Please make sure to enter both correctly and it will pull up your order
information. Do not include any extra spaces or characters. If you do, it will
not recognize your info and will not be able to pull up your order.

I EMAILED SERVICE@IDONTLIKEMONDAYS.US AND
HAVENT RECEIVED A REPLY. WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?
Likely we did receive your email and have already responded. Some
emails, like Hotmail, AOL, Verizon, mark our emails as spam or completely block
them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. If possible, send
from a different email address.
During sales or high demand, our customer service can be a bit
backed up. If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us, wait a few days before sending a second inquiry.

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME ON MY ACCOUNT?
Sorry, but you can't change your username. You will need to cancel
your current account and sign up for a new one. After you login, go to your
account page and there is an option to cancel your account. Please note: all
stats will be lost if you cancel your account.

WHERE CAN I FIND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
Most of the apparel we carry will have washing instructions labeled either on the inside neck or on the side seam above the waist. If there are no washing instructions labeled please contact us and we'd be happy to provide you with product care information.

WHY DONT YOU OFFER MORE SIZES?
We offer three to four sizes on most labels, but sometimes less due to lack
of demand. If you see something you would like in a different size,
please send an email to service@idontlikemondays.us.
Be sure to list the product code and size preffered and we will try to accommodate you as
best we can.

CAN YOU SHIP MY PACKAGE INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International orders are shipped via USPS. You may have several
options depending on the delivery destination. See our price-based shipping table for shipping rates. We do not cover
taxes or duty on international shipments.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are processed and shipped from Manhattan. Standard USPS
service from Manhattan to most New York destinations takes about 2 days.

WHAT DOES BACKORDERED MEAN?
We sometimes list merchandise that has not yet been
received from our vendors, or that has sold out and is being restocked. We will provide an estimated ship date in the size dropdown menu. If your order contains backordered AND in stock items, your backordered item will be shipped separately.
Please note, we can not ship separately on international orders. Please place two separate orders for these items or your entire order will be delayed until the backordered item is ready.
